1. Booking Conditions

By booking a package with Prophet Guests, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Payments

A deposit of £99 per person is required to secure your booking. Full payment must be received 30 days prior to departure unless otherwise agreed. We accept bank transfers, debit cards, and credit cards.

3. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation charges apply as follows:

  • More than 60 days before departure: Loss of deposit
  • 30-59 days before departure: 50% of total cost
  • 15-29 days before departure: 75% of total cost
  • Less than 15 days before departure: 100% of total cost

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to cover cancellation charges.

4. Passport and Visa Requirements

All travelers must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity. It is your responsibility to ensure you meet all visa requirements. We assist with visa processing but cannot guarantee visa approval.

5. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is mandatory for all our packages. Proof of insurance must be provided before travel. We can recommend suitable insurance providers.

6. Health Requirements

All pilgrims must comply with Saudi Arabia's health requirements, including mandatory vaccinations. Current requirements include meningococcal (ACWY) vaccination. COVID-19 requirements are subject to change.

7. Changes by Us

Occasionally, we may need to make changes to your booking due to circumstances beyond our control. If significant changes are necessary, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer alternatives or a full refund.

8. Our Liability

Prophet Guests accepts responsibility for ensuring your travel arrangements are provided as described. Our liability is limited to the cost of your package. We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control.

9. ATOL Protection

All flight-inclusive packages are ATOL protected (License T7607). In the unlikely event of our insolvency, the CAA will ensure you are not stranded abroad and will arrange to refund any money you have paid to us.

10. Complaints

If you have a complaint during your journey, please inform our representative immediately so we can attempt to resolve the issue. If unresolved, please submit a written complaint within 28 days of your return.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
